| Telalia felt a surge of energy course through her. She hadn’t had this much excitement in such a long while. A blood-curdling scream caught her attention from the avian woman. She didn’t understand why she was making such a weird noise. She looked at Hone and couldn’t help but leap foreword to greet her fellow kinsmen. She avoided the avian woman but couldn’t help but feel a pang of…something looking at the quivering woman. She bent down low and touched the woman with her large nose rather slowly and gently. Not wanting her to make that odd noise once more.
“Odd one…” Telalia tried to greet her. “ I can feel your anxiety from very far away, little one.” She didn’t just want to leave her in the tangled mess that she was in. The guards and other dragon seemed to be making it so much worse. Perhaps she would end up scaring her too, but it was worth a try.
Telalia looked up to Hone and her amused grin. Despite her concern for the woman, seeing another dragon just couldn’t stop her curiosity. She stepped behind the woman and laid down, trying to give Mai shelter-ish from the chaos (if she didn’t scare her off already) while still being able to talk to Hone.
“How very interesting to meet another.” She commented, she gave an equally large and toothy grin.

| Her voice was hoarse now with her screaming. She could feel the rasp even when she breathed, and her eyes widened as a great purple snout entered her field of vision, becoming a defined nose of a dragon as it came closer to her face until they were touching skin to skin. Mai was frozen, her back rigid as the dragon’s warm breath floated over her, and she squeezed her eyes shut, silently praying for her death to be a quick one.
However, the pain of teeth piercing her flesh or her bones snapping in the jaws of the dragon never came. Instead, the dragon seemed to nose aside the two men that had been escorting her back to the main group, her huge claws an excellent deterrent to their advancement, and simply curled around her like a cat. A wing brushed lightly over her head, and when she opened her eyes once more, it was to see a sea of purple enclosing her almost like… she was being protected.
For a long moment, she simply stared at the dragon as it conversed with the first one that had popped out of the bushes, the colorful blur on her horizon, and realized that nobody seemed to want to eat her. Mai relaxed a fraction, unable to help herself as she reached out and touched the dragon’s wing, running the tips of her fingers over the warm membrane. “Thank yeh…” She whispered, unsure why she was thanking the great huge beast, but feeling that it was appropriate.

| Atleon did not reveal what he thought about the black-clad man’s reply, wondering why he kept on displaying himself so extremely subservient. It was unusual for a single traveller, especially one who was armed, to show such behaviour, but he decided to only pick up on the statement he was most interested in. “Very well, we might indeed be in need of your help.” Siofra on the other hand wondered why he could be so certain that he didn’t know who those dragons were when he had not even properly looked at them.. or was that just her impression?
Neither Atleon nor Siofra could conceal their amusement with the bright red dragon who now had introduced herself as Hone. The guards around the avian woman tensed visibly as yet another dragon appeared and crept closer to the woman they were trying to hold upright in her fear, but at a small gesture of their prince and the fact that the dragon clearly did not mean any harm, they relaxed a little, hoping that the screaming would not start all over again. It was deafening after a while in such close proximity. As it did not come and the dragon visibly seemed inclined to take care of the avian, they stepped away and fell back into their positions around Atleon.
Siofra continued to smile at the two dragons. They were quite something those two. A wave of warmth washed over her at the sight of the second dragon curling herself around the avian in a gesture of protection and kindness. Clearly everyone seemed to be more comfortable now that the woman had regained her composure a little and seemed to feel secure enough in the embrace of the dragon. Thus, Atleon took the chance to speak up once more, taking advantage of a pause in conversation between the two dragons who were obviously quite excited about meeting each other.
Turning back towards the other human male, he said: “Indeed, we do not only need your help but the help of all of you, if you are willing.” And without for a reply, he went on to explain: “As you might or might not be aware of, there is a war going on and that’s why I am on a rather important mission. First of all, I would be rather grateful if you did not mention to anyone meeting me here. Secondly, I would be in your debt if you were willing to lend me a hand in a specific mission. Your efforts would in no way go unrewarded.” His glance quickly flicked around the group. “Some of you might have heard of the witch in the swamps. It is her that you have to find. She is in possession of a powerful amulet that would be needed to defend our kingdom. Please recover this amulet and bring it to me. You will know where to find me with it when the time is right.” He looked over the group, and added: “There might be dangers on the way, so I understand if you are unwilling to go.” Siofra simply nodded, she knew that Atleon knew that she would do whatever was necessary, and was now anxious to see the reactions of the others.

| He listened intently to Atleon, the man seemed to be in a strange predicament. Precarious enough that the meeting shouldn’t even be mentioned, but finally, he had mentioned what he expected of the group that had somehow assembled in the forest. It sounded decent enough, something to be had, along the way he might even learn more of the area and more doors would start opening. But why would this man entrust a bunch of strangers to find such a powerful amulet? Zartear suspected the man might just be waving them all off with a lie, but assuming said witch could be found, if the amulet wasn’t real, her power definitely would be.
“I’d gladly help…As you can see it isn’t as if I have a home to attend to for now.” Zartear bowed slightly, “I’d be glad to be of assistance.” Passing another look over the others of the woodland he wondered what they would feel about chasing after the trail of a witch of who-knows-where. “I think we’re plenty good enough for this job, aren’t we?” He addressed them, eager to solidify the group. However much Zartear operated solo, some bodies could be useful. He wouldn’t need to yell over them hopefully, and could assume the position of an equal among them, intervening when the time was right. That would be ideal. “Afterall, we’re much safer together as a group…So how about it?” he asked, gesturing to the group with a certain warmth about him, trying to reassure the nerves of only moments ago. “I am pretty sure we could all gain from this, too.” He spoke calmly and smoothly, as if his words were more a certainty than anything.

| Hone sunk to her haunches beside the other dragon, her grin widening. It looked like it was going to be a very exciting night! Not only was there another dragon- Purple, kind of lash dragon shaped, but not quite, but also humans, and quests?! The winged girl was completely hidden beneath the wing of her fellow dragon, and Hone resisted the urge to peer under the wing to see if she was okay- But it was a bad idea, she seemed to be scared or something… Humans were so hard to understand.
“Ooh, tha’ sounds like fun!” squealed Hone at Atleon’s request, looking at the human with bright eyes. Any adventure was a good adventure in Hone’s book. Sure, swamps sounded kinda damp and sticky, but Hone had never been to one before. “How far ista swamp?”
As the dark-armoured human started to speak, Hone’s excitement started to rise. She rose to her feet again, patting her feet on the dirt of the ground. But one thing niggled at her a little. “Why wouldst tha’ want t’gain from it?” Hone blinked innocently at the human. “Don’t yeh just want a'adventure?”

| ((loooooooool, So I am really sorry about this guys, I had no idea it was my turn for a really long time. Considering I thought it was Zay's. XD So...please forgive me.))
Telalia turned her head down at her wing, feeling Mai's fingers run along the membrane. "Yes, of course." She spoke to Mai and then looked up to Atleon listening to the proposal that was given. An adventure eh? Her tail flicked back and forth interest in the idea of traveling with a group of strangers.
"How does the idea sound little one?" She asked Mai, unsure the fightened little thing could handle an adventure. Telalia on the other hand was fully for it, wanting to know more about this dragon Hone and was glad to see it had noticed her as well. "I will go." She said to the general group, staying where she was so as Mai would not be frightened.
