| Rules:
You know the basic rules, if not, please reread here. Order of Posting: Cold Parade Eldar
Plot:
"'No! No! Let me go! What do you think you're doing!' and she kept screaming and I couldn't do anything about it. They'd tied me up in the closet. I'm so sorry!" she sobbed. The maid didn't know what else to say to make the Fairy King not punish her. She had been his favourite daughter and people had been punished for much less than this. The girl only had to lift a finger and everyone would jump to fulfill her every wish and it was a known fact that the King would do anything for her. This thus was a bad situation for the maid. "Get her out of my face!" the Kind thundered, waving at one of his bodyguards. The maid let out a tiny sigh of relief. At least he hadn't sentenced her to death, maybe she would get away with her life.
The Queen had so far been sitting in her throne, unmoving, not saying anything. Now, she finally stood up and walked over to her husband, laying a hand on his arm. "Don't take it out on her," she tried to soothe him. "We knew this was coming one day. We got careless." "I don't care! This should not be happening to her, to us!" The King roared, not wanting to calm down. He ripped his arm out of his wives touch and started pacing up and down the throne room. "Why is nobody out yet to find her?" The guards all seemed to shrink a few centimeters before finally someone dared to answer: "All available troops are out on the borders, fighting the gnome invasion, Your Highness." "Then call them back!! Get them to find my daughter!" He ordered. "Yes, Your Highness," the man replied and hurried out of the throne room, knowing full well that it could not be arranged and that the next rant would await him as soon as he would deliver the King's message to the royal war strategist.
The event had been planned carefully and very well for years. The King and Queen had been warned at the day of the birth of their daughter. It had cast a shadow over their lives since that day, though they tried not to let it show. They had protected and cared for their daughter in every possible way, surrounded her with servant people and guards so that she would not have to worry about a thing, making her life perfect. Until the prophecy had caught up with them, the prophecy they had been trying to forget and prevent for years. None of their other daughters had been cared for as much as the youngest and jealousy was a common feeling between the girls. The King was known as a strict and usually quite fair ruler as long as it didn't concern his youngest daughter. His people had lead happy and peaceful lives until recently the gnomes had started to invade the kingdom. Nobody knew their motivation, but they were fierce and merciless and they had come in huge numbers nobody had thought possible as gnomes, just like faeries were not the largest race and tended to keep to themselves rather than mix with other races.
The Royal Family was in shock. Not only was their kingdom being invaded, but the youngest member of their family had been kidnapped. Much was at stake for them now. Almost every man in the kingdom that was capable of carrying and using a weapon had been asked to keep at the ready in case the army needed reinforcements. In addition, the youngest daughter had been promised to a powerful duke of the kingdom to keep him in check and in the King's service instead of going on a rampage against the Royal Family. But now with her kidnapped, what was going to happen?
Setting:
The typical forest path. A few travellers on the road and what looks like a group of bandits, but in fact they were trained soldiers. In their midst a person wrapped in a cloak, hiding the person's face. It was impossible to tell whether it was a man or a woman and what the purpose of this disguise and procession was. Dusk was starting to crawl up over the tree tops, casting the forest into twilight. Shadows showed up everywhere, making the surroundings look a little spooky.

| It was twilight...and the forest was casted in a blanket of darkness and shadows, but out of the shadows walked a figure cloaked in white. She seemed to glow, for she stood out among the darkness and was brightened by the moonlight. A mysterious aura followed the unknown being as it walked alone on the forest path. The rim of her cloak continued to kiss the earth with every step she took, infact you couldn't tell it was a girl for the cloak covered everything...including her very identity.
The hood of her cloak soon fell behind her shoulders and on her back; a river of pale blonde curly locks soon revealed along with deathly pale powder snow like skin and rare sky blue eyes. The eyes scanned the area to check if everything was clear before she pulled up the hood over her head once again. Her identity was something she always hide and if it wasn't what she was hiding it was the extremly pale skin that made everyone say she was cursed. A small gasp escaped her lungs as she turned to a moving rustling bush, "Who are you?" she soon asked.
A chuckled came from the rustling bush and out from it rose vines of liquid metal that attempted to capture or secure Sky, but to the metal slime's surprise she didn't even seem to struggle. But the girl soon faded, from head then to toe. "Huh?" he asked himself as he was no longer holding onto anything but soon felt the touch of cold skin hold him. The girl reappeared behind the pool of metal liquid and scooped it up into her hands. "Now who are you? Don't make me destroy you" Sky hissed as her hand all of a sudden started becoming very warm...actually hot. "Arrgh! Stop it! Drop me!" The liquid demanded while trying to fall from her grip but she didn't allow it.
"Tell me who you are first!" she hissed back, wanting to know about the one who seemed to attack her.
"Loki! Now drop me! Darn it!" the liquid screeched and she soon dropped the metal slime before he had the chance to injected any metal blades into her skin.
"So why did you do that?" the girl soon asked examining the thing carefully, the 'thing' soon formed into a young 14 year old boy. He scratched his hair and head before answering, "I was only having fun...sheesh!" |

| Small eyes glanced around the area. A tainted smell was fluttered into the air, with the moon at its full, it shone down against veined leafs. The leafs withered in and out, their extremely thin veins even seemed to pulse in and out in the bright light. Through the leafs, spotted a fairly tall boy, black hair stuck forwards with a band around the back of his hair. With the hair around the band sticking backwards, butterfly crossed upon the ground, the fifteen year old stared down at his own feet. Staring down against his scrawny shoes, his flame imprinted robes slowly tilted from side to side in the slight breeze as it withered past the brown bark. Giving a look upwards, hearing noises, Ling blinked, slowly bringing himself to his feet. His robes still tilting from side to side constantly, Ling advanced forwards, his feet clasping against the ground in every shot of his feet against the ground. Blinking constantly as his arms slowly moved through some prickly bushes, the small spikes slowly sunk in his flesh. Spotting a boy and a girl, Ling grinned sheepishly, slowly bringing himself from the darkness while giving a small wave his fingers. "Hello There." He chuckled through smiling teeth, his sword latched onto his side, glimmering in its ivy case.
(How is that for my first attempt of an intro for Dragons Cove? Sort of short, but seeing that it nights and my fingers are cold I thought I went good. XDD) |

| Hiding her rather white face with the piercing green eyes and the long, wavy red hair beneath a dark green cloak, Siofra slowly made her way through the forest, a bow and arrows strapped to her back, a dagger fastened on the right side of her belt. She was dressed in dark clothes so as not to catch people’s eyes. With the twilight reigning around her, it would be easier not to be seen. She had heard rumours of gnome warriors being on the loose and she did not want to be in their way as nothing good would come of it. She had only once encountered a gnome and it had nearly ended in a sword fight to the death. Her sword was held in a beautiful handmade sheath, fastened on the left side of her leather belt. It had been a present from her lately deceased brother Ailill, the mysterious circumstances of his death never explained and the body never recovered. It hurt her to recall his face, any memory related to him. They had been close, despite their differences, and she missed him terribly.
Stalking through the forest, the half-elf's ears suddenly pricked up as she heard noises ahead of her. It seemed like human voices. Male and female, arguing. Slowly, she made her way forward, pulling the hood a little further into her face, so as to hide every single feature of her face. Quickly, she scurried amongst the trees to see whom the voices belonged to. When she had nearly reached the people arguing in front of her, her attention was caught by yet another sound. Several feet marching through the forest. The noise was accompanied by the threatening sound of weapons clanking against each other and it felt like a forced march. Something was not right about this, Siofra thought as the men came into view. There were seven of them, all dressed up like bandits. But bandits did not wear such sophisticated weapons as these men did. This was not how it was supposed to be. Then her eyes fell on the hooded person in the middle. Were these royal messengers? War bringers? She retreated further back into the shadows, feeling uneasy about this, but then her foot got caught on a tree root, making her stumble. She tried to grab a hold of the tree but couldn't get a grip and came crashing to the floor with more noise than was needed to alert everyone in her vicinity.
The men immediately looked into her direction, and despite the dark clothes that should conceal her, they had seen the movement and several of them hurried over. Siofra hastened to get back on her feet but somehow her foot was now completely entangled in the loosely lying about roots. Her hood had fallen back a little through the abrupt movement and was revealing a bit of red hair and a black velvet band strapped across her forehead. Frantically, she was working on the roofs with her dagger but knew that the men would reach her before she could get out of harm's way.

| "Hi..." Loki replied but not as happily or cheery, his tone leading down so it sounded more like a question then a greeting. "Oh great another one...," Sky mumbled before hearing someone fall down and a clash of footsteps and metal weapons chase after the fallen figure, Loki's mouth opened to reply or complain back but Sky instanlly swung her hand over it. The skin looked like such real skin but felt like hard cold metal, she retreated her hand and looked back to him then Ling. "Do you hear that?" she asked, her mysterious voice lowering its tone so that there was a chance the men wouldn't hear her to whilst her sky blue eyes scanned the area where the crisi was happening.
"I can check it out..." the boy snickered before walking around the tree to cover up his secret but as he walked from it he was again just a pool of metal slime, the slime crawled over to the men. Not waiting to see their reactions, his metal liquid body leapt up to try and wrap around them.
"Idiot..." Sky cursed to herself as she watched him, hoping that they were not next to be seen. She had enough of dwarves, knights and battles. |

| Ling still grinned through bare teeth, not too pleased by their reactions to his smile and greeting. Giving a quick turn to the ground as a metal-slime-like blob slithered across the ground. Through some bushes to attack some nearby people, Gee, he wasn't very nice. Ling's small eyes scanned the area thoroughly, staring as he saw a woman or girl upon the floor. Advancing forwards constantly still he came in view of the men and girl, slowly slipping his fingertips around the white ivy holding. His fingertips wrapped around it, bringing it out into the open as a thin and long sword emerged from the holding. Suddenly swinging it down upon her legs, allowing the tree vine to wither away from her leg, giving her a hand, Ling grinned sheepishly. "You need any help Missy?" He asked smoothly, grabbing the girls arm and bringing her to her feet. With the damp soil, his shoes clamped to the ground, still quite tall for his age. Ling glanced forwards, noticing Sky's head bob behind the bushes and as the blob attack the men. Feeling slightly involved down, Ling held his sword high in the sky, suddenly bolting forwards with his knees bent so he was quite low. Ling swung his sword at the men and attempted his best to attack as best of his ability to the men, unsure how the passenger was, Ling continued swinging his sword around. |

| Siofra gasped as suddenly a sword was swung at her by a relatively young boy with a sheepish grin on his face. As soon as she realised he was not out to kill her but actually helping her, she let out a small sigh of relief, but keeping her focus on the approaching men that had drawn their weapons by now. Accepting the hand he held out to help her, she, while letting herself be pulled to her feet, grumbled: "Don't call me Missy." Then she immediately turned on her heels, whilst drawing her sword in the same movement to join the boy in the fight against the men that were now upon them. The half-elf's eyes perceived the movement of a weird silvery, slimey blob crawling across the forest floor and wrapping itself around one of the soldier's legs. But she didn't have time to think about it much as she was attacked by two men at the same time, trying to defend herself as much as possible. She scolded herself for letting her attention be distracted from the task at hand, but quickly gained the concentration she needed to hold her ground. The boy seemed to be quite able with his sword as well, but she could nevertheless see that the blob, the boy and herself would not be able to hold long against these men. They were too strong and too skilled in the art of war to let themselves be defeated by a bunch of - in their eyes - amateurs. That was when the hooded figure slipped into view again, keeping at bay from the battle, with only one soldier left behind to protect it. This was going to be Siofra's target. She lunged forward, throwing one of the men off balance through the sudden movement, then she darted towards the hooded figure.

| The metal slime chuckled as he soon brought the man to the forest floor, the man swung his sword at the metal slime but it really didn't have any effect...why should it? They were both metal anyway. But then something happened that the man would probally never expect... five sword like blades emerged from the slime and grew around the man. Incasing most of his body in a metal barrier or shell, but other then that the sword lunged towards his armour that protect his soft skinned body. As the three 'amateurs' battled the men that would have probally trained their whole lives Sky stood still and silent. Her sky blue eyes watched and examined the living of this world fight to the death...but for what reason? She studdied each moce carefully and caught all of the people's fighting style and techinques. Sky read them like a book as she stood in absolute peace under the warm white cloak covering her colder body, the girl didn't even walk to them to help. |

| Ling glanced around while continuing to swing around his sword, with most of the men now cornered, the Girl that he named 'Missy' could attack the last remaining one. Giving a snort, Ling continued to swing around his sword, slightly cutting each of the men's legs as most of them let out screeches. Ling gave a small smirk before leaping onto his feet, staring down at most of the men as they were flailing upon the dirt. Watching intensely as the blob attacked a man, Ling held his sword high. "Who is that?" He asked intensely, not smirk upon the serious face. "Why would we tell you that?" Ordered all the men that were flailing upon the ground. "Cause I said so." Ling snapped, growling through his clutched teeth. Unseen to him, a man slowly crawled his way towards Ling back, suddenly swinging a sword through Ling's left leg. Ling tumbled slightly to the side, gritting his teeth constantly as blood seeped from the wound, "You just made a bad enemy mate." Ling's hand suddenly seemed a blur as his sword was forced backwards, pinning the man to the ground by his left arm. "I do not wish to kill you. But if you continue this, I'll have no choice." Ling's baggy pants were now covered in blood, the red liquid seeped down his leg and into his shoe. Making it feel soft and cushy, but in a bad way. Ling gave a stern look at the man as the moon was held high in the sky, staring down as the man slightly twitched. Ling grinned. |

| In a way, things were going exactly like Siofra had hoped. The men were cornered, except for the very last one and the hooded figure. Her curiosity kept growing and she felt a strong desire to find out who the person was. A strange aura was surrounding the person and while the half-elf came closer and fought the last soldier that was guarding him, the others still being cornered by the boy who had helped her and the weird slimy blob, the person seemed to watch her, making her feel uncomfortable. As Siofra's watched the blob out of the corner of her eye, she was slightly shocked to see blades suddenly shooting out of it. Maybe this thing was not the best to have as an enemy.. "Ouch!" Siofra yelled, as the man she was fighting scratched her side with his sword. "Now you're going to pay," she grumbled. With a swift and very quick movement, she cut his hand, not enough to make him bleed to death, but enough to make him lose the grip on his sword. Then as the man watched her with horror-struck eyes, she slammed her sword sideways into his head, making him pass out. Looking up at the hooded figure, Siofra wondered why the person did not defend itself, but it was nevertheless going to be their leverage. She pointed the tip of her sword to the figure's neck from an angle she cut easily kill him with a tiny movement. She let the boy do the talking, seeing that he was trying to get the information she wanted out of the man in front of him anyway. She never let the hooded figure out of her sight, but observed the boy from the corner of her eye. It looked like a cat playing with a mouse, the way he treated his victim. She wanted to grin, it reminded her a lot of how she sometimes treated opponents, but it still sent a shudder down her spine. He was right, he was not the best enemy to have acquired. None of the men were willing to reveal the identity of the hooded figure, even though their lives depended on it, which could only mean that the figure was really important. She advanced on the figure, asking it in a low, cold voice: "Who are you? Why do you need seven guards to travel with you?" The figure seemed to look at her, though there was no way Siofra could tell as the hood revealed nothing of the person's face. Unlike Siofra's, which had slided down completely now, revealing the full wavy length of her hair and the black velvet band strapped across her forehead. She kept trying to pierce the darkness of the hood with her eyes, but it was impossible to penetrate. Then the figure slowly reached up, so as not to provoke Siofra or any other person around them to kill it by accident, and took down the hood. Siofra let out a gasp, let go of her sword, and fell to her right knee, bowing in front of the person, whispering: "Prince Atleon?" It had been rumoured the renowned elven prince was dead. Why..? What..? Siofra couldn't think straight anymore, this was too confusing. He had been one of the most important people in some of the kingdom and war strategies, why had his death been feigned?

| "Whoes is he?" the same voice of Loki said as most of the blade on his slime like body disapeared and stopped piercing the flesh of his prisnor, instead a long metal blade grew from him metal slime body and went around the man's neck so if he made any wrong movementss he was surely dead. His metal slime like body not moving from the man incase something happened. He was used to the unopredictable and wasn't about to loose his guard just yet. To Siofra he was the prince but to him the guy was just some total stranger!
"How should I know...I never get updated..." the voice from underneath one of the hoods said as Sky took a few more steps towards the scene, her odd sky blue eyes examined the the boy's face. Gaining his identity now, gaining it easily... Now she could stalk him. Well not really stalk, just study his' and everyone's every movement. Well was not to love about the living? They were really interesting, besides...she had to study human nature if she was ever to really to fit in as one and act like one.
A roar soon pierced the absolute peace along with the music of metal and clanging chains as a black blade dragon emerged from above the canopy, it soared above the starry twilight sky and stained its beauty with her own. It's black eyes that were filled with fury soon looked to the humans, elves and so on that was below on the earth as it roared and stretched its wings as if it ws going to attack. It looked fearsome and hungry enough...so why not? If it's roaring, metal clangs and all weren't enough, the black blade that wrapped around her had a song of it's own.
"What's that" the metal blob soon asked. |

| "It appears to be.. A dragon." Ling mumbled intensely, still intensely pinning the man by the left arm. Letting the sword pierce through his skin slightly while slightly withering it to the side, causing the man to continue to wince. Not bothering to glance at their new guest, the Prince, Ling gave a quick snort, thinking of someone he knew then returning back to the side of the man. "You were protecting this guy.. Prince Whatever?" Ling retorted, giving a snarl at the man while the man used his free hand to try and wrench the sword from his arm. Ling gave a small devilish laugh, now not seeming to be his normal personality. Ling slit his already small eyes and lowered his head closer to the man's, his teeth seemed to suddenly sharpen quickly, Ling seemed a blur while lunging his head forwards. A large piece of skin was ripped off the man's nose, causing it to suddenly bleed. Ling gave another quick laugh, raising his head from the ground and staring down at the what seemed like twenty year old. "Useless.." Ling mumbled, rising to his feet while staggering slightly, the blood from his pants had covered the whole left side of his baggy pants. With now the dragon above them, Ling was still not in a good mood, he was normally calm, but when he got hurt like this, his whole world seems like nothing but revenge as his teeth thirst for deep and dark blood to rush in. Which normally happens with his quick movement, Ling lifted his head upwards and blinked sternly at the dragon. Giving another snort, before leaping into a nearby tree, the leafs ruffling as the figure darted through and swiftly landed upon the tip of the brown stick. Ling suddenly threw himself forwards with a devil-like smile, attempted to swing the sword at the dragon, missing on purpose as he darted downwards. Slamming upon the ground as the ground shook rapidly. Ling growled, "Leave now beast. I'm not in the mood." |

| The prince bent down to pull Siofra back to her feet. He didn't say a word but the look in his eyes said enough. There was no need for her to bow down to him. His facial expression was unmoving though as he looked at the other people around them. It was then that Siofra noticed the white hooded figure for the first time. There was not much she could distinct about the person except for the female nature and the relatively pale appearance. Very light blue eyes were studying the half-elf and the prince, making Siofra slightly uncomfortable. She stared at the girl, not knowing where to put her, but there was something interesting about her. As soon as she heard the roar of the dragon, she put up her sword again and before she knew what was happening, the prince had taken her bow and an arrow, pointing it toward the dragon. She had forgotten how he good he was with weapons. A shudder went down her spine when a memory flashed through her mind, but she quickly dismissed it, focusing back on the beast soaring through the sky. They had spent more time battling than she had thought. The twilight had nearly turned into completely dark night. "It's been a while since I saw a dragon," she mused. The dragon looked like it was in a bad mood and if it should really attack, it was not going to be fun, though there were a lot of them and only one dragon, so they should be able to fight it. After all there were eleven people here, even though not everyone of them seemed to be a good fighter, considering that most of the soldiers were on the floor, wounded, unconscious or simply not daring to move. Siofra watched Ling taunt the man on the floor and she slowly started to get angry at how he treated the man. It was one thing to fight someone but it was another to toy with someone's life just for the fun of it. There was no need to torture him further, they had the information they wanted and if the boy was not going to ask any more questions, then he should really just drop it. Then she finally realised why he was being so weird. His trousers were turned deep red with blood and it certainly did not come from the man lying on the floor, whom he had barely scratched in the end. "Are you alright?" she asked tentatively, knowing he was not, but she didn't know what else to say. "Forget about the dragon, and let me help you clean that wound," she offered. "As a thank you for helping me before." She attempted a half-smile. She put her sword back in its sheath and took out a herb-pouch, she was carrying around on her belt, and peered at the boy with a questioning look on her face. She knew her back would be watched in case the dragon should attack.

| Deidra's black angry eyes slitted at Ling in anger, how dare he threat her... Did one 15 year old with a sword or a few huamns have tha authority to speak to her? NO! no humans did... and if they did they'd usually turn out to soon be the main course. His blade just missed her, but the weapon didn't scare her and she wasn't going to fly away like some coward because of it... Her black and red deadly body soon lunged for Ling, while she opened her jaws. A row of white sharp gleaming teeth appeared on the bottom and the top of her mouth, but other then that a hurl of black red tipped blades flung in the boy's direction. If one just touched anyone's scales, fur, feathers or skin it would hurt like hell. For the touch seemed to burn with a small type of acid. Its tail whipped around violenty as it lunged to attack before tilting it's head also in the prince's direction. She wasn't pumped up enough yet and there was still alot more energy to make more lethal attacks.
But as all this chaos happened the white pale figure slowly and calmly aproached the other people, the bandits, the prince, Siofra and the metal blolb. Her eyes focussed easily on the others while her breathes became even more shallow.
The metal blob chuckled once more, "You stink" he said to the man who now frooze, not wanting his neck cut. The metal slime soon slowly slithered off the masn and back to the earth, before it towered up. It grew... Soon the metal took a form of the a boy, the one both Sky and Ling had seen before, the colours soon blurred into the metal and it's features before a metal chime escaped the shape shifting metal as it finished changing, not it looked entirely human. But if you felt him he would feel like the metal he had shape shifted from. |

| Ling stared sternly at the dragon, watching it lung towards the ground, towards /him/. Ling gave a small devilish grin, leaping onto the dragons back and rushing up its scaly back, feeling his cushy red-printed shoes beat against the scales. He twisted his neck onto his shoulder to look at Deidra again, before leaping onto her flicking tail and using it to lung into the air. Twirling through the air while spinning around to the backside of Deidra, giving a small chuckle. Ling held his sword out once more, then tossing it at the dragons bum, he attempted to the kick the dragon on the back. Which he suddenly realised that the tail could wrap around his foot quite quickly, “Oh Crap.” He mumbled, ready for the flashing impact of the dragons wrath. Ooc||
Sorry that it's slightly shorter this time.. DX |

| Siofra tensed her whole body while she was watching the dragon. The boy's behaviour had quite obviously angered it and Siofra didn't like fighting dragons. Of course, it was unavoidable at times but she preferred to leave the creatures in peace. Dragons had been her passion since she was a little girl and she had tried to learn as much about them as she possibly could but given her life situation it had not been that much and she was still a relative newcomer when it came to knowledge about dragons, especially fighting them. This one looked fierce with blades and the look of impending doom hanging about its face.
A shudder ran down the half-elf's back when she saw the metal blob shift into a human boy. Something about this wasn't quite right and it freaked her out a little to see that he looked so human, despite being so inhuman. Who had she run into here? They all turned out to be rather dangerous enemies, maybe powerful allies, but if you had to fight them, it would be a fight to the death and it would not be an easy one.
Observing Ling as he suddenly jumped onto the dragon, she wondered how long he would last on there before he did something even stupider, and how long it would take for the dragon to be really angry and then simply kill them all. His movements were impressive, that she had to give him, but even the idea of jumping onto a dragon's back without consideration of anything was just plain suicidal. Siofra's glance moved back to the white hooded form standing close to the metal blob. She couldn't shake off the feeling that she was being x-rayed by the figure and it was not a nice sensation.

| Deidra growled as the blade bounced onto her hard dragon scales but some of the blade managed to get throw the stone like scales and made her bleed. She let out a loud roar before her tail full of blades quickly wrapped around his foot, like expected. She attempted to pull him off while shaking him around violently in the air as if he was a chew toy for her tail instead of her mouth. Whilst doing so her head turned over her shoulder as she continued shaking him like a milkshake.
Sky soon noticed the girl she was looking at was getting uncomfortable under her gaze, without saying even a word her head slowly turned to the prince for now her eyes lay on him. She examined him like she had done with Siofra, Sky read through him like a book.
Loki gave a sigh as he soon leant upon the trunk of a tree, his red eyes scanned the men, the prince and everybody else in the area...looking for any sudden movements... |

| "Bah! Let go of me you bunch of red scales and blubber!" Screeched Ling, his whole body shaking wildly while Deidra continued to shake him like a Milkshake. Not feeling as well as before, Ling hissed, opening his mouth and finding a scale-less part on her tail. Before letting out a hiss while he used the tail to his advantage, quickly scampering up it. His leg still wrapped around in the tail, it didn't stop him. Scampering around, he leaped and grabbed his falling sword, finding the spot on the tail again. He snarled, raising his sword into the air and slamming it down into the scale-less blubber, hoping for hell that it would pierce through and make the dragon let him go. He wasn't feeling great before, now he felt like he was going to chuck up. He never felt that good when he was blood-thirsty, normally when he was happy and golly was when he was feeling good. But when he wasn't happy, he didn't feel great either, which wasn't to good for him either. Ling shivered at the though while using his sword to, hopefully pierce through. Unsure if it went through of not, Ling released the sword from the tail then stabbed it over and over in the same spot. |

| Watching the dragon and Ling fight made Siofra realise that she was happy never to have chosen to become a slayer. It was too much close combat for her likings. It was inevitable to get some scratches on your body when you were fighting and to get close to your enemy once in a while, but she had learned to work with bow and arrow for a reason. Though now the bow was in the prince's hand and she would have to use the sword, should the dragon survive and decide to attack everyone. But as far as it came to the half-elf, she was almost decided not to participate in the fight with the dragon. She loved the creatures too much and seeing the pain that it was in now, made her forget that the dragon had looked very fierce and as if it wanted to kill everyone.
With that, she put her sword back into its sheath. She had had enough of this circus. Most of the soldiers were now reassembling around the prince as well, those that were capable of moving anyway. Some were more badly wounded than it had looked at first. "You really surrounded yourself with crappy soldiers," she scolded the prince without turning around, her eyes still on the boy and the dragon. "You used to have a better sense for who was good at their job and who wasn't." The prince lowered the bow and arrow, putting them back onto Siofra's back. He chuckled lightly, but when he spoke, his voice was heavy with sadness. "The good people all seem to have disappeared or do their own thing."
Siofra chose to ignore this statement and not react to it. She turned towards the boy that had been a metal blob earlier. The thought still made her shudder, but she was curious enough to want to ask him who and what he was. The hooded figure intrigued her just as much but scared her a little more. Nevertheless, she decided to ask the blunt question, if they didn't like it, they simply didn't have to reply. It would be awkward, but oh well, it was weird enough that everyone just stood there watching while one of the people that just a few minutes ago been fighting together was now fighting a dragon on his own without anyone moving a finger. "Who are you guys?" she then asked with a friendly, open voice.

| Sky's eyes blankily turned from the prince and back to Siofra. "You can call me Loki..." he replied not revealing what he is for she didn't yet ask... The girl's eyes scanned the area for any signs of supsition before she slowly pulled down her hood, revealing her whole face and therefore revealing her identity. "Sky..." she said in response to the girl's question, usually she didn't trust random people she had just met. But Sky had already red her and found no supsitition so far, "But the real question is..." she soon asked her."Who are you?" she asked this question for it was something she couldn't read from a person. "Yea...who excalty are you...?"Loki asked and got up straight from his leaning.
A terrible cry came from Deidra as the spot the sword had once managed to pierce and scrape of a few scales was now pierced again. The sword struck her and stood perfectly out of her body. While she screeched she stopped her shaking and practically tossed Ling far or further away, with a flick of her tail. The dragon spreaded its wings to its full extent as its body withered around in pain, rage and hungry. The dragon crashed into the scenery of a two trees as she had the urge to take the sword out, it caused her such great pain. The hot acidish substance in her body that lay on her every blade was now wrapped around on the ordnairy blade in her rump, once it was taken out of her there would be so more damage it could do... |

| Ling gave a quick yelp as he was thrown back, causing his back to slam into the green-veined leafs upon a large oak tree. His body slithered down the bark while giving a quick moan, slitting his eyes while growling as he was fair pace away from the group. His eyes seemed suddenly more calm then before, giving a small pant, a cheeky grin was slapped across his face. Ling quickly leaped to his feet, loosing balance as the sword pierce through his leg suddenly stabbed in, tumbling to the ground, Ling used his arms for support against the green and brown surface. Panting heavily while his cheeks constantly puffed in and out, using one of his hands over his stomach before giving a small gasp then smile. He weakly brought himself to his feet and slowly dragged him self along, quickly leaping into a nearby tree, Ling leaped over Siofra and looked down, while in mid-leap he smiled; "And I'm Ling!" Quickly front-flipping, Ling landed on the ground, slightly tilting to the side before grabbing what seemed like a whip. Quickly flinging it around himself, he suddenly threw it forwards slightly, still holding onto it. The thin line was thrown forwards, suddenly wrapping around his sword in Deidra's body and ripping it out. The sword was brought back while Ling gave a small bow. "My apologies dragon, I became a bit blood-thirsty." Ling bowed, continuing to face his head towards the ground and looking his left red shoe. Slowly wriggling his toes in it, he continued to feel the seeping blood around the pale object covering his foot. |

| Siofra nodded as Loki and Sky introduced themselves, trying not too look too taken aback by Sky's appearance. She looked so different from anybody she had seen before, but not wanting to appear rude, the half-elf turned her eyes quickly towards the dragon and the other boy to see what was happening. Then she turned back to Loki and Sky, replying: "I am Siofra," and after a small hesitation, she added: "And this is Prince Atleon."
She completely forgot about introductions again when she watched the dragon and the boy crash into a tree. Luckily, they both seemed to be rather frisky despite their fight. A small grin played around Siofra's lips when she watched the boy whisk around as if he had simply been playing with a puppy, not fighting a dragon. She looked him up and down once he was on the ground again, raising an eyebrow. "That bleeding needs to be stopped before it gets any worse. Sit down, I'll take care of it," she said, her hand already sliding towards the herb pouch she was always carrying around on her belt with her. It had come in handy in countless situations already.
"Do you all know each other?" Prince Atleon suddenly jumped into the conversation, his deep, low voice resounding easily across the forest path. Some of the soldiers were surprised, others appalled, to see him address such - in their eyes - low people, that should not even tread on the same ground as someone as important as Prince Atleon, but the prince ignored them completely.

| Loki chuckled, "I know them as much as I know you" the boy spat not afraid of the prince or anyone else in the area. Not even caring enouhg to show any respect, his eyes soon swerved other to the dragon and Ling. "Wise thing you did..." he said sarcastically, "very wise indeed..".
A loud cry escaped Deidra's mouth she writhered around on the ground like a dying snake as she danced in her pain. With a growl the dragon soon got up but now purly mad, the blades on her body scrapped at the bark of the trees before the black blade dragon thrashed furiously towards the mere human beings. Her eyes looked angrily at all of them but most of all at Ling, for he had stabbed that sword into her, she gave out a loud roar before her teeth snapped in their direction. ((Sorry for shortness) |

| "Hey Dragon, Mind going along and just leaving me for a bit..? Promise you can eat the crap out of me later." Ling grinned sheepishly as he tumbled to the ground from the crumbled leg and allowed Siofra to continue her herbal work. Ling used his small eyes while glancing around, catching Loki's words of sarcasm, pretending not to hear the tone in his voice. Ling threw his head back and glanced upside down at Loki. "Thank-You very much you metallic blob." He grinned while giving a small laugh. Looking at the dragon sternly, hoping that it would take his words to heart and not continue flailing towards him. Ling slowly wrenched his fingertips around the tips of his pants, slowly bringing them upwards while wincing slightly as the pants were dragged further and further up his leg. A large wound was scrapped around the place from his knee, the bleeding still continued to bleed rapidly while feeling slightly dizzy. Ling gave a small look towards the Prince, slitting his eyes to focus his vision. "So.. You a Prince? Hmm." Ling thought of someone before lazily blinking while tilting his head to the side. Slightly pointing his bottom lip forwards while dizzily blinking at Siofra as she continued some green.. Blobby thingy.. Bah, thinking about it is too much effort.. |

| Siofra quickly rummaged through her pouch to collect all the things she needed to treat the boy's wounds. The cut was rather deep and it would take a long time for it to close up propely, escpecially with someone as active as Ling. He seemed to be moving about constantly. Her hands moved swiftly across the wound, cleaning it and then smearing the paste she had made with the herbs around the edges of the wound so as not to inflame the insides of it but to advance the healing a little. Though it looked as if she was completely focused only on the task at hand, her ears caught every sound and out of the corner of her eye, she observed the dragon.
Atleon only looked at Loki, not replying to the sarcastic comment. It would be of no use anyway. "Yes, I am a prince," he replied to Ling's question. "Though I'm supposed to be a dead one." A small smile played around the corners of his lips, but it never reached his eyes. "However, since I am supposed to be dead, it doesn't really bode well for me that you have seen me alive." It really was not the best thing, because if it got through that his death had been fake, then it would be hell to pay. Siofra, meanwhile, listened to every word he said, trying to find out whether there might be a hidden hint somewhere in what he said that would make her understand why all this was necessary, but she couldn't detect anything. "Except," the prince added, in a more cheerful voice, "if you were to agree to do a little task for me." Atleon gave them all a little time to consider this. Looking from one to the other, he added: "The decision is obviously completely up to you, but it would be wise, in either case, not to talk about this small encounter. A lot is at stake." He added the last part, not as a threat, but for their information. Not many people knew about politics and not everybody even knew that there was a war raging at the borders of the lands, so he considered it wise to be cautious.
