A frozen Summer...(Emradia and Cold)

Rules are as usual, we all know them anyway.

Setting/Plot: We are one a large island with many villages, towns and such. There are many merchants that travel from land to land, but there is also slaves being brought everywhere to be sold. But right now we are in a small village near the edge of the East part of the island. it is summer and it is supposed to be a nice day with the sun out and shining and the skies painted sapphire blue. But instead something happened... all of the island is extremly cold as if Jack frost was there himself. Many waters are frozen and the skies can seem to chill you to the bone, now many angery villagers and other people and creatures want to find out the mystery and who is behind it. If they don't find out the whole island might die from not being prepared for a winter they never knew was coming. For they would of needed to grow crop, store it and plan for next season.

Intro:
A dragon's blue eyes opened as it awoke. Slowly she got onto her paws and let out a yawn, as the very air from her frozen lungs touched the air the area she was in become a whole lot colder. The winter dragon looked to the crystaline walls of a cave, one which had once been out of stone, rocks and minerals but now they were like icy mirrors. Slowly the dragon which was the answer to the mysteries of the island stepped out from the now crystal cave. Her tail ran through the cold snow covered grass as did her feet while she walked. A smile came to her maw as her eyes looked out to the new day, it was a new day...a great one to her and it was all up to her how she spended it...

Ooc: I might make one or two new characters. I am thinking of bringing in a human/wolf version of Rose or a 5 year old girl who believes dragons are evil because the guard or eat princesses. Which one should it be?

There was a dragon and her rider lying on the cold ground and they were thinking of life. Their bodies were covered in snowflakes. It didn't bother them though becasue they were pretty used to it. Their names are: Violet and Mystic Flame.

There was a dragon who was sleeping in her nest of feathers, ferns, leaves and snowflakes in between a fork of branches. Her scales glittered with the sun rays which made her look gold and silver. When she slept she looked like a candy possom when the sun wasn't trying ever so hard to shine through the snow clouds. She was nice and warm. Her name: Blossom.

"ARGH! Its supposed to be summer!" Derrick said when opening the door of the house. Michi gave a sighed and huddled herself up tighter to keep in the warmth. "Stop complaining...please for once" what appeared to be his younger 'brother' sighed and started to walk, heading out infront of him as if she was taking the lead. Yes...it wasn't a guy at all but a girl with short hair and in boy's clothing. The two were walking to the shops for some warm fruit bread, "Make me..."Derrick soon told his sister while turning his head back to face her. But soon enough he didn't see what he was doing and tripped over both the rein dragon and its rider. "Derrick?!" Michi cried out in puzzlement and embarrasedment when he fell over the two.

Mystic Flame and Violet snapped back into reality and stood up and shook the snowflakes off thier bodies and smiled and said "hello who are you two?"

Blossom woke to the sound of a female voice, she stood in her nest and shook some of the snow of her candy coloured scales and looked over her nest down to the ground and she let a small laugh at when she saw a boy, a girl, a dragon and an elf. Standing in the snow she was safe up in the tree from the cold ground.

"Derrick soon got up, he shook and patted the snow off before looking at the others and replying, "Derrick... and this is" he said waiting for her to pitch in. "Michi" she replied in a pretend masculine voice, and took a step back. The girl wasn't too great in socializing...not very great in it at all.

Mystic Flame and Violet smiled. Mystic Flame said "nice to meet both of you my name is Mystic Flame......this is." Violet said "Violet is the name.Strange weather we have been having isn't it?"

Blossom smiled and whispered so they wouldn't hear her. Well Mystic Flame, Violet, Derrick and Michi hey. " She carried on watching them becasue she is really shy becasuse she is a Candy Dragon so people think they could eat her.

"Very strange...infact, don't you think we should find out the cause to why it is happening? This entire island has never had a summer like this one before and I don't think its happening for no reason" Derrick replied. Michi soon sighed, "That's only because you can't accept the weather".

Athena looked to the sky with a smile, it was such a great day... espically one for a flight. She stretched out her wings before lifting off into the cloudy white sky which appeared to be blocking the sun. Her deep blue eyes scanned over the far lands beneath her as her very presence brought a colder chill to the wind.

"I don't-" Derrick was soon cut off by a faint lauhging. "Did you hear that?" he soon asked and looked around, looking where the noise had came from. "It sounded like sweet laughing..." Michi said, her eyes looking up to a nest were she thought the noise came from.

"Dame it! It has become more colder" Derrick complained and attempted to warm himself by tightening the jumper around him by hugging himself. "Look!" Michi said, her eyes were still up high so they had decided to turn to the sky "I haven't seen that thing before... what is it?" she asked, its blue figure seemed to sparkle as the sun touched her cold scaled.

Derrick turned his eyes up to look at the glittering winter dragon while huddling himself up. "Hm... is the opposite of a pheonix or just something blue and shiny?" he asked himself and the others while looking at it. The figure got closer when it was more curious to the beings but as it became closer, she put herself in more danger. Some of the men in the village saw the blue glittery figure and aimed their bows and cross bows at it. In more then a second a rain or arrows rushed towards the winter dragon, the dragon let out a song of despair before struggling in the air as her wings and body was pierced. From her wounds a cold white liquid leeked out. It was her blood...filled with many feeling properties and such which could be used in all sorts of medicines. Her dark blue eyes looked sadly down upon the earth as her figure soon came crashing down the moment too many arrows hit her, it all came too sudden and she had took down her guard. Shouts and yells came from the men who aruged over who shot it down and who should keep its corspe or the dragon if it was still living.

Athena unstainably soon crashed her body into the tree the candy dragon was in, if she didn't hide or go soon enough there would be no more hope of freedom or living.

"Because I got hit..." Athena sighed and shook off some blood and a numberous amount of arrows. Michi heard a voice and turned her eyes to the place the candy dragon had once been but it was no longer there but on Mystic Flame. "Hmm..." she said and picked up the nest but it was no longer there. "That's funny..." she said to herself before laying her eyes at the winter dragon. "Ah...need help?" she asked timidly.

"It's alright..." the dragon replied back and managed to make herself fall to the ground as soon as she did thought the very ground became colder and her footsteps turned to ice. "I've got to hide... otherwise those men will find me..." she whispered to herself as her dark blue eyes searched desperately for a place of her size.

"Right now no... those men will come with spears, axes, morning stars, stars, bows and arrows for my corpse" Athena soon turned her head to Mystic Flame, "And yours too if they spotted you... for now you can call me Athena, Athena the winter dragon" she smiled to Violet and the others while her wounds bled viscously.

"Because to them our body is valuable and our organs too..." Athena said back to Mystic Flame. "There is also the fact that they might not kill us but lock us up in a cell and sell us to the nearest person they see..." her eyes soon looked to the elf and the two humans. "Don't worry..." Derrick stated, "we mean no harm..."

"Yes... but either you or me can be seen by the men... I can hear them running here... running into the forest. It will be very soon for them to spot us if we just stand around..." Athena said and turned her head to fallen rocks and rumble, she smiled wandering if it would just work...
