Faust and Lilly-- Ding round 2

Subject: Faust and Lilly-- Ding round 2 Fri Nov 05, 2010 12:55 am

Faust runs a hand through his long black hair. The setting sun catching it and casting irradecent shine of blue and purple through it. Putting the red hat back on he slides his gloved hands into his coat pockets and walks down the room. Looking as innocent as he can even though a hint of a sword peeks out from the hem of hte red long coat. He kicks a rock along the dirt road that lead between towns and a deep wood.

Lilly smiled with a laugh as she ran along the woods with the animals heading towards town knowing she had to get to her shift at the local pub. she hated working with people but needed the money most did not trust her to be a healer any more but serve them food they were fine with. Lilly ran and jumped over a log she started to walk as she got closer to the town to regain her breath the bodice pushed her boobs up in a way that threatened to overspill she knew it would get her more coin put she hated using her assests like that it made her feel cheep. but a girl needed to eat.

A head on the horizon he could see the curling smoke of chimneys. All of a sudden a girl walks into his line of sight as he walks nonchalantly down the dirt road. He watches he, looking her over. From what he saw from the back of her made his black eye brow rise. With a slight curl to the corner of his mouth as he walks. He begins to kick a rock again as he walks as not to startle the girl. He could be cruel if he wanted to. Faided images from his long past play through his mind and he has to surpress a chuckle from them.

Lilly glanced back and saw him but shruged it off as she went to work . She entered the pub and moved to tie an apron about her waist and grab a tray talking to one of the other girls before she started to make her rounds ignoring the grabby hands that hit her butt and tried to pull her into their laps. drunk men. she hated them.

Faust wanders into the putrid smelling pub and heads for a dark corner. Pulling the hat from his hair he sets it beside him as his eyes slowly rover the pub. Leaning back he props his feet up on the sticky table. His arm crossed across his chest he closes his eyes. It was just like any other pub he had ever been in. He was tired of the mudain life, he couldn't wait for it to be over. With a sigh he sits there just waiting for time to pass by.

"Can I get yea something?" Lilly asked the tray balanced on her hip. Her hair tumbling around her shoulders in delicate curls. sprigs of mint were stuck in the peices of her that were pulled back from her temples and secured behind her head. Lilly jumped a bit looking over her shoulder when one of the guys hit her butt. she had to bite her tounge and ignore the drunken laughs from the other men at the table.

Faust looks up at the girl he had seen on the road earlier. "No." He leans to the side and glares at the other table, letting the light catch on his golden eyes. He may not care about much these days in his long life, but no one should mistreat a female as they are. Druken or not they should not treat her like that. He almost hoped they would pick a fight with him not many have dared in a long time and he wonders if he may have gotten a little rusty with time. True it isn't him true form but he needed to keep in shape.

Lilly nodded and headed away waiting on other tables when the guy who had hit her in the but tried to pick a fight with the guy she just cheked on. She rolled her eyes drunken men were a pain in the ass. she rather prefered animals or the men bleeding at her mercy. it may be crule but she hated how she was treated by these men.

Faust looks at the drunk guy trying to pick a fight with him. "Go away." He shoose the guy away with a gloved hand. He looks back at the fire keeping the guy in the corner of his eye. He waits to see if the guy was stupid enough to throw the first punch. Faust may be willing to fight but he would not start them nor would he goad someone into on either. The person needed to make the choice themselves to go that route or not. His hands rested on his stomach one over lapping the other.

When the guy was about to throw the punch Lilly moved so the guy hit the tray then she hit him over the head with it knocking him to the floor. she held the tray against her hip.
"I'll not be in charge of bandanging any wounds to night." she said giving the guy a sharp look before turing about and headed to get the drinks from the tender and the food bringing it to the ones who asked for it.

Faust watches her as she walked away. He looks down at the guy who was now laying on the floor with spilt drink and bits off food on him. He mumbles softly, "Bested by a girl that has to really chafe." He leans his head back and closes his eyes letting his other sences reach out around the room. He picks up bits from other conversations being held. He foud it interesting how some where talking about things that where very mundane and boaring then there was those who talked inhushed whispers about other darker things.

Lilly glanced about the room not much here intrested her. when people left she would move and clean the tables. None of the other women dared to speak to her but the men kept trying to grop her. to every one in the place she was the lowest of the low so it didn't matter if her feeling were hurt. In truth she knew she earned less then the others too. At the end of her shift she turned over the apron and the tray before heading to the door. she ignored the men who grabbed at her skirts and tried to pull her into their lap.

Faust slowly rises and dusts his coat and pants off before heading for the door. He took note of each who groped and grabed at the girl. As he passed through the doorway those men who offened him, their pants suddenly caught on fire. Pulling his hat down to cover his face in more shadows he heads down the road again. His booted heels crunch on the gravel road before it becomes compacted dirt. He let out a slight sigh as his foot falls became quieter.

Lilly paused and looked around she spied him coming out of the pub she moved and his behind a tree letting the shadows it cast hid her from view the mature seemed to protect her never would it give her away .

Faust pauses in the room and looks to the skies. He takes in a deep breath before letting his eyes rove the shadows of the trees. With a forceful exhale he turns on his heels and walks off into the dark woods. The shadows seem to engulf him as he steps into them. He did not control the shadows they seemed to do thing on thier own will. He understood the nature of things, but yet humans still confused him sometimes. Pulling his hat off he runs a hand through his hair, befire sliding the hat back on.

Lilly watched him from where she stood she moved and headed to her home. she walked along the dark path towards her cabin she walked in and turned on the light. She sighed as she walked around her house and watered her plants caring for the only thing that did not betray her.Lilly ran her hand threw her hair humming her lights seemed to becon others.

Faust wandered the woods, to lost in his thoughts to focus on what or where he was going. His feet led him to a cabin of sorts in the woods. He pauses just outside the ring of light it was casting outside the windows. He grinds his teeth as he sees the girl from the pub. His hands creak as they tighten into fists causeing the leather to creek. He backs away fro the cabin his eyes reflecting the lights from within in. He knew he needed to get away from there.

Lilly hummed and bent over a plant by the window and whispered to it the plant grew and the flowers bloomed she smiled and picked one of the flowers and tucked it beyond her ear. Lilly opened the door letting the cat out and she left the door open a crack her home smelled of flowers.

Faust walks away from the light and the girl witin. He was not a part of her world or any other beings world. He could not interfere with the lives of others and he knew the conciquences very well. His hair catches int he moon light as he walks deeper into the woods away from all beings. He quickens his steps and a chang e come sover im as he does, his body seems to become ash and a black phoenix appears out of it. He screeched loudly into the night.

Lilly moved and looked outside at the sound she glanced to the cat who looked back at her both confused. Lilly moved out into the night and felt the wind wrap around her and cary the scent of flowers high into the night sky. Slowly she ducked back inside her house.

Fuast found himself a high mountain to rest on for the night. Looking out over the tree tops and up to the night sky he sighs and tucks his head under his wing. The wind whiped around him but somehow he was still able to find peace within his sleep. As his body rested his mind drifted to so many events and lives he had witnessed in his many rebirths. Five hundered years is a long time to live and then to just be reborn into another one, he had lost count.

Lilly went to bed that night and slept soundly after closing the door of her home. she slept happily in th glow of the fire the cat curled up to her side happily. in the morning she rose and went to the river to do her laundy. humming as the sun shone down sparkling across the water as she washed.

With the sun warming his body Faust looks out at the world below him. Leaping off the cliff he glides down towards the river looking for sometihng to eat. His reflection dark on the water's surface as the tips of his wings dip into the water. He doesn't pay attention to the banks of the river as he glides above the water. HIs tail floating out beind him with a hint of the fire he could call upon licking at the feathers that also shone with a blue and purple shine.

Lily paused looking up at the shadow se raised a hand and blocked the sun staring up at him. one of her skirts started to drift down the river she cursed under her breath and quickly grabbed it then looked up again. she had never seen any thing like that bird before it was so beautiful. the hand around her became lush no dirt but grass and flowers the land becoming furtal with her amazment at the bird.

Faust called out to any of his kind, but he knew it was useless. None would ever answer his call, just because he was black and not the firey red like the others. Passing by a large fish he pulls up and does a loop in the air. One the downward roll of the loop he extends his talons and grabs at the fish. WIht is secured in his grip he lands on a shore large enough for him and begins to eat, not noticing that Lilly was on the other side of the river.
