| ~(Let's get this party started ^^ As usual, as a plot I will be posting random lines and thoughts, that might or might not form a coherent plot at some stage during the rp. They will appear in my intro for Siofra. At least those lines will replace the formal notion of a plot and give an idea of what is going to come - or not. *confusing myself* Any further ideas are welcomed and appreciated.)~ Rules: We all know them!
Setting: Just outside the walls of a town, one of the biggest towns around and precisely the town where the castle is situated. Currently, the court was meeting with the king, so it was extremely busy within the walls, but outside, only few people were to be seen. Only a few random traders and the likes. To the West, mountains, with a few trees cuddling up against the foothills. For the rest, plains and fields with a few trees and mini-forests springing up to offer shelter. Roads were running off into the three other directions, all of them leading towards various towns and villages of the kingdom.
Plot and Intro:
Siofra had been called before the king, which was in itself awkward enough. However, he apparently had a job for her and she couldn't get rid of the feeling that it was not going to be anything pleasant. Not that his orders for her, when he could grab her that is, had ever been fun to abide by. Reluctantly, she entered the throne room, where the king was sitting, huge as ever, with a platter of food and a big jug of wine. He looked like an over-fed caterpillar.
"Ah there you are, my dear," he roared, his voice used to being loud and always making Siofra clinch. Not even thinking about the fact that she hated it when he called her 'dear'. "I have a job for you, which has to be done as soon as possible. I wish you to acquire something for me. It might not be without danger for you." Yada yada yada, it was *always* dangerous in his eyes. He would probably die if he had to step one foot outside his precious castle walls. "It's said to be made out of pure gold and I absolutely have to have it, do you understand what I'm saying?!" She nodded. She did understand his greed, but she still didn't know what she actually was supposed to get for him. "This dragon egg," Siofra looked a bit surprised, the king was very pleased with himself to be talking about this item, "and I need you to get it for me, from underneath the Tribal Battle Blood's nose."
"You want me to what?!?" She immediately realised her mistake when the king's face started turning purple. "How dare you question me!!" he thundered, any louder and the glasses might have fallen of the table in shock. "Now do as you're told! And don't you dare show your face here again if you do not bring me what I ask you to!" And that was the matter settled for him. Before she could ask anything, like payment or food for the way, a warrior shoved her out of the throne room.
While buying a few items she needed for this quest, the joy of having to do this gave her a sense of enormous well-being ( - note the irony). How could he ask such a thing? And of course no one was allowed to question his methods and orders. You never know with what ridiculous punishment he would come up with for misbehaviour. She packed her things together and tried to fasten it all to her stallion's saddle, muttering to herself.

| Characters Using:
My ickle Yiang twins, Ying and Yang ^^ *Pokes avatar*
Introduction:
Yawning, a black dragon shook his head and stretched out his legs before standing up. He looked around, only to find that he was alone, "Yang?" He called out, wondering where his sister was. Afterall, it wasn't safe for either of them to go off alone, aimsply because they were in 'Tribal Battle Blood territory.' He didn't even know why they were there...hiding or protecting something obviousley. But either way, it was of no use to him or his sister, so it didn't bother him.
Suddenly, Ying heard a few shouts in the distance and turned his head sharpish. It was coming from the direction of where the Tribe was, that bnetter not be Yang. He thought to himself as he peared around a large tree. Only to gather the scent of Yang. She was close, but he still couldn't see her. Walking towards the scent, he realised he was moving deaper into the army's territory. This he wasn't too happy with. Letting out another call for her, he turned his head sharpish as he hear a reply. It was her roar.
Until all of a sudden, she saw her in the distance, racing along the forest floor towards him. But she wasn't alone, she had about 5 men chasing after her on horses. Only just keeping up with her. "What the...?" Ying began, but only for him to cut his sentence short asYang came crashing into him with such force that she knocked him over by mistake. Both of them stood up quickly and Ying exchanged a stern look. "I'll explain later," his sister sighed as the men on horses came closer. Ying nodded before they both turned on their heals and sped forwards. The soldiers a mere few metres behind.
Both of the Yiang twins ran side by side, their paws falling upon the ground in an even rythm. Ying was slightly longer than Yang, but now was not the time to compare legnths. After a few minutes of straight running, the men on horses all seemed to turn off into all directions behind the trees until the two dragons could not see them anymore. Seeing that they were 'gone,' Ying and Yang came to a halt next to each other looking around. "I think they're..." WHAM! Out of the bushes on all different sides jumped the en on horses. There was a clash of scales and hooves as the Yiang's were attacked from all directions.

| Siofra sighed loudly, she had no other choice anyway then to just get on with it and to try not to be killed in the process of fulfilling once again an overly ridiculous order. She got into the saddle and lead the stallion into the direction of the foothills. It was her best chance to start there since apparently Tribal Battle Bloods had been sighted there, though that had been weeks ago. They might have moved on again, but if she was lucky she could still find their tracks.
The ride was quiet, she was saving the horse's power, keeping Shetan's reserves in case they had to run. Everything seemed so peaceful, far away from the town, animals minding their own business, birds twittering. And then suddenly she heard it. The roar of a dragon, no two dragons, accompanied by screaming and shouting, the occasional neigh of a horse. So much for peace and quiet. Siofra wondered how many idiots it were this time, chasing after dragons to kill them for fun. How she hated them. She quickly reined Shetan into the direction of the noise. Maybe the element of surprise would help her chase them away, if they were not too many, she could handle them, from a distance obviously.
She left Shetan, concealed and run the last bit toward the noise. Once she had located the scene, she climbed up into a tree with her bow and quiver. Sadly, she had been right. Two dragons, a black one and a white one, were encircled by several men on horses that were attacking them blindly. This was going to be fun. She only hoped she wasn't too late to save the dragons. One shot quickly following after the other, she was knocking weapons out of the men's hands or piercing the arrow straight through their arms. She didn't care how much she hurt them, they had deserved it. Even though she was supposed to steal a dragon egg, she would never kill a dragon just for the sake of it. There was a difference between having to do it in order to defend your own life, but this...

| The men turned to where Siofra was standing. Completely bewildered by this attack however, they did not turn to attack her, they simply carried on with the dragons. Ying quickly swiped one from a horses abck with his paw, only to attacked by another from behind whil Yang, on the other hand, had quite a few more on her. Simply because they guessed she was an easier target. Until suddenly, a gun was pulled out. There were two quick bangs as two tranquilizers were shot out. One hitting Ying and one hitting Yang. Both dragons fell to the floor within seconds.
"How much stuff did you put in them, Misnin?" One of the soldiers asking the man with the gun, wiping away the blood from his cut arm. "They aren't ment to go down that fast..." he finished off. "Oh, a dose of fifty, why?" He replied, looking slightly worried. "Why?" "FIFTY!" The first man exclaimed, "we were meant to put a maxmimum dose of 25 in! We only want them to sleep for enough time for us to take the back to headquarters, not any longer. They will be knocked out for atleast another hour after we get there." Sighing, Mike put his gun away and mumbled a few words to himself as he walked over to the white daong only a few metres away from him. "We should only take this one, she seems lighter and we only need one anyway." The rest of the group nodding before tieing many ropes to the sleeping Yang. There were a few heaves and pulls until Yang was dragged out of sight, leaving her bother unconsious, still in the forest.

| Once the men had noticed Siofra and turned towards her, sweat started running down her forehead and she was considering running away since there were way too many for her to handle on her own. The men immediately turned back to the dragons though, taking no further notice of the woman. Shocked, she watched how one of them pulled a gun, too late to do anything against it. The narcotic they used came as a blessing in disguise, at least they were not dead - yet, depending on what the men were planning on doing with the dragons. Shaking her head while listening to the men's conversation, she was angry at their typical stupidity. Cursing inwardly, the half-elf watched how the men dragged the white dragon away, leaving the black behind. There was nothing she could do, there simply were too many of them. She hated being helpless. And she didn't even know what they were going to do with the dragon. Once the men were out of sight, Siofra got down from the tree and cautiously headed over to the black dragon that was still lying on the forest floor. It might not have been shot properly or awaken sooner than the men had calculated. She cursed out loud. This was the real dilemma: she had no idea what she could do to awake the black dragon since she didn't know which drug the men had used. She could make the dragon's state worse when she tried something without knowing details and there was no way she could get the other dragon out of the men's hands without getting captured or killed while trying. She could hardly split herself in two to watch the black and to pursue the men to see where they took the dragon.

| The last thing that Ying saw was blackness, utter blackness as soon as his body hit the floor from the shot of the tranquilizer. However, since the man was aiming more for Yang, he had only just skimmed Ying's scales on his flank. Therefore, the tranquil didn't fully get injected into his skin. About 5 minutes passed before he finally came round. He lifted his head from the ground as his vision cleared slightly from being fuzzy. He had a few visions of the past as he remembered the battle..."YANG!" He called out, attempting to get up, but collapsing upon the ground again from sheer exhaustion. Looking around, he saw that he was alone, "Yang, where are you?" But his sentence soon trailed off as he saw a strange woman infront of him. Ying allowed a warning growl to erupt from his throat.
"Who are you? And what have you and those men done to my sister? Bring her back to me!" Then, as he thought to himself, he realised that that woman hadn't been involved in the battle. Well, atleast he didn't see her get involved in it before he fainted...

| Caution never had been wrong in all that Siofra had been doing, and it payed for itself again, when the dragon suddenly started moving and growled at her. However, since he couldn't move yet, she was in no immediate danger. She let out a low whistle to call Shetan to her side so she could get the water flask off of the saddle.
"Relax, lie still and wait for the drugs to wear off." She inspected the floor around her, the men had left a lot of tracks, so it would be easy enough to track them, the hard part would be to get the dragon out. Sometimes she wondered how she always ended up being involved in these weirds situations, but that was just her nature it seemed. "I'm Siofra," she told the dragon in a low, calm voice. "These men shot at you and your sister with tranquilizer guns, but apparently they didn't hit you correctly." Family ties were always strong and she had to find a way to tell the dragon that his sister was gone without upsetting him. He had to rest, otherwise he didn't stand a chance when confronting the men. Which she was sure he would do as soon as he heard that they took his sister..
She wiped the hair out of her face, tucking it in behind her ears. She evaded to answer that question for a while, and luckily Shetan arrived then anyway, giving her a possibility to rephrase the simple 'they caught her'. Good thing she was equipped with all kinds of small appliances, including a bowl where she poured a bit of water in and set it in front of the dragon's nose. It might help, but she was quite certain, he wouldn't trust her enough to actually drink it.

| "Where is Yang?" Ying asked again, looking around as he could not see her. The panick started to arrouse inside of him. If anything happened to her, he would never forgive himself...not ever.
Turning back to Siofra, he blinked several times before taking everything in. He stared at the water before sniffing it, just making sure it wasn't poisoned or anything."Why are you here?" Ying asked, realising the water wouldn't do him any harm and so he resulted in drinking it. Lapping it up from the cold surface with his tongue. After a few minutes, he stopped drinking and began to stand up again, the drugs hadn't fully worn off yet so he could only physically sit in a 'sitting' position infront of the girl and her horse.

| Even though surprised that the dragon actually did drink the water, she tried not to show it. She gave Shetan a quick pat before she fully turned back to the dragon and said: "The men took her with them." Seeing the alarm in the dragon's eyes, she added: "But they need her, so they're not going to hurt her." At least not immediately, she thought. "What's your name by the way?" Maybe if she could get him distracted a bit, he could calm down. Though the only thing to ask she could think of wouldn't very much distract him.. She asked anyway: "What did these men want from you, do you know?"
However, she wasn't too fond of telling him why she was here, so she evaded that question again and simply replied with "I happened to come along at the right time." She doubted he would want to hear that she was in these parts of the lands because she had to steal a golden dragon egg - if it really did exist, so far it was only a rumour, a well-established rumour, but a rumour nevertheless. Everybody would think her crazy anyway to do it.

| Ying's eyes widened as Siofra spoke of the men taking Yang. "WHAT?" Ying stood up, staggering slightly from the drugs but he soon loosened up and managed it. His expression on his face was worried, extremely worried. "They better not..." he said, trailing off as the next question was asked. "Oh, and I'm Ying, my sister is Yang. We are Yiang twins," snorting a few times, he tried to avoid eye-contact rom Siofra. He grumbled at the last question, not wishing to answer it. He closed his eyes before using something that only Yiang twins could do...and considering they were the only Yiang twins on this island, it was quite rare. "So, your going there for the golden dragon egg are you?" Ying asked, opening his eyes as he finished reading part of the woman's mind. He raised an eye-brow as he spoke the words.

| ~(Holy crap, they can read thoughts?? Now that's going to make things interesting lol)~
Siofra gasped in surprise, eyes opening wide. How did he.. What.. "Did you just read my thoughts?" She looked at the dragon, not sure what to think of this. She wasn't very happy knowing that someone could invade her private sphere that easily. After all, thoughts were personal. At that point, she wished she could do the same, sensing that the dragon knew why the men were after them but was reluctant to admit it or to reveal details. "Yes, I am." The half-elf opted for the straight-forward reply. It was probably the best thing to do anyway, and as off now she had to be careful about what she was thinking.. "Do you know anything about it? And please don't tell me it's suicide to go after it - that much I already know myself." She filled up the bowl again with water, urging the dragon to drink a bit more to strengthen himself. Shetan was surprisingly quiet around the dragon. Though he was used to being around them, he was never fond of being this close, but he didn't make a sound or act nervously in any kind of way.

| Ying smiled slightly before taking another sip of water, "oh, you get used to it." He teased, lifting his head from the bowl and stretching out his wings before folding them against his body again. He had only been able to read a few words from one of the men's head; 'Golden Egg.' It was pretty relevant to what Siofra wanted really. Alas however, he didn't know a thing about it, only that it wasn't good from either of them...atleast he thought anyway if it meant kidnapping a dragon. "No, I don't sorry." There was another power Yiang dragons had too, they could communicate with each other through their minds no matter how far away they were. The only problem was, Yang would probably be asleep so he wouldn't get a reply. Ying looked at the girl infront of him and shook his head in answer to his last question. "I don't know anything about it, I'm afraid..."

| A tad disappointed, Siofra grabbed the bowl and fastened it back to the saddle along with the bottle. She had hoped she could get a bit of help in getting more information on the stupid thing. But apparently, she was on her own - again. At this stage, she wasn't even considering the possibility anymore that someone might tag along, even if it was just for the adventure and not for the purpose of helping her should she be in danger. She had to smile at Ying's teasing, though it was easy to see in her face that she still wasn't too fussed about having someone read her mind. As she didn't know anything about the dragon's powers on a whole, but trying to reason logically, she asked: "If you can read people's minds.. Can you also communicate? Like telepathy? Or read minds from a distance?" That would come in handy if he wanted to get back his sister. If he could read minds even when he was not next to the people, then maybe he could find out where the men where taking Yang.

| Ying raised an eyebrow, "your a good guesser." He said, attempting a smile, but it soon vanished. How could he smile when his sister was in great danger? How could he smile when there was a possibility he could be the last Yiang Dragon on this isle? "Yes, me and Ying can communicate no-matter how far away we are. But the problem is, she is still sleeping, so I can't communicate at this moment." Ying sighed as Siofra mounted her horse. He actually didn't want her to leave. He had no idea why of course. Turning to the Eastern direction, the wind blew at him and his wings flapped slightly from their blow. "So I guess your going then?" He added.

| "See that's the thing, I guess but I don't know," she answered sarcastically. She was quite impressed by their ability, must come in handy sometimes, in situations like these, if you can communicate through thoughts. Then she gave the dragon a half-smile, knowing how childish that had sounded. He was desperate and scared, there was no reason to start being an idiot, just because she didn't know herself what to do. "Well, yes!" she replied. "It's about time we get a move on if we want to catch up to the men. You're still not completely fit and they all have horses.." she didn't have to explain to Ying how much quicker they were probably moving on. She winked at him, in an attempt to cheer him up a bit. She figured since she didn't know where to start looking for the egg anyway, she could just as well take her chances with the direction the men had disappeared into and then do a good deed at the same time by helping Ying to get Yang back.

| Ying's ears seemed to prick up at that mention. He attempted another smile, but it failed miserably once again. Sniffing the air, he could smell the scent of the horses and men had gone, But more importantly, he could scent Yang, and he knew which direction they had gone it. But then again, the footsteps helped aswell.
The floor consisted of very little human footsteps, and more of horses' hooves. But of course, you could also tell where they had dragged his sister off to. Taking a glance at Siofra, he looked back East and began walking. Following the trai as it never seemed to end. About an hour went passed and it was now midday. Surely Yang would be waking up soon? Until a sound in his head caused him to stop dead in his tracks. He turned back to Siofra and stared at her as the quiet mumble in his head turned into a voice. "Ying..." it spoke. "Ying..."
"YANG!" Ying shouted outloud, an excited expression on his face, and he contined the rest of the conversation through his mind. "Yang, where are you?" There was a few seconds of silence in his mind before his sister spoke again. He could understand the delay, she had afterall, just woken up."I don't know..." Yang grumbled, until she spoke again. "In some sort of castle..." Ying was about to speak again until he heard his sister cry out with a roar. "Yiang, whats happening?" He asked, but she didn't reply. Another roar was followed until everything went quiet.
Turning back to Siofra, Ying mumbled a few words, "she's alive." Before he began to run through the forest at an amazing speed. Somethign was happening with Yang....and he was going to stop it.

| The trail was quite easy to follow as the men had not to worry about covering up their tracks. Who would even consider that a dragon would go in pursuit of men? Despite herself, Siofra had to grin. They did make quite a funny pair and their purpose was no less weird. Suddenly, Ying stopped in his tracks and it was apparent that he was exited. Did he hear from Yang? His scream answered her unspoken question very clearly. And the fact that he suddenly ran off, yelling that she was alive, made clear that he knew where the men were holding her. Though her horse might not look like much to most people, he was a fast runner. But not quite fast enough to be able to keep up with Ying if the dragon didn't slow down soon. Siofra called out to him that he should wait and that he better started thinking before running head on into the men's arms. "Or do you want to get caught as well? You're not helping your sister if you're joining her in capture!" Not sure if her words had reached Ying, but if they hadn't there was not much she could do anyway. She was slowly falling behind and she didn't want to strain Shetan that badly to keep up, so she rained the stallion in and slowed to a steady canter. He could go longer and further if he was not running full speed.

| Ying stopped suddenly at Siofra's voice, he had completely forgot that she was only riding a horse and couldn't keep up. "Sorry," he said as he turned to her. His facial expression looked slightly worried. Siofra must have thought him completely mad of him to suddenly be mid-sentence and suddenly dash off as such. "Yang spoke to me..." Ying began. "She has woken up, she said she is in some sort of castle. She was mid-sentence, but then she suddenly started roaring and I lost contact...I don't know whats happening, Siofra. But we need to get there quick...because I doubt they are going to leave her alone for long..."

| "Castle?! The only castle around here is the King's castle.." Siofra mused. But that wouldn't make much sense. He is crazy but crazy enough to take a dragon? What for anyway? The half-elf kept pondering this while she was riding alongside the dragon who had now thankfully slowed down so that Shetan could keep up better. There was no use in running the horse dead before they knew what was going to happen. Who knew how quick an escape they might have to make once they caught up with the men. But nevertheless, she tried to comfort the dragon. "It's going to be alright Ying, we will get her back." She smiled at the dragon, knowing full well it was not going to ease his pain. "Are you sure about the castle part? I mean.. could Yang have mistaken it for something else?" Considering that she had been tranquilized... And then suddenly it dawned upon her. "They didn't take her to the king's castle. They took her to the old ruins! Shortcut - this way!" And with that she suddenly swayed her horse around heading south, hoping that they were not too late for whatever it was that the men were planning, but according to the rumours, Tribal Battle Blood territory started there... And that was never a good place to be, no matter how friendly your intentions.

| Ying's ears pricked up as Siofra and her horse cantered towards the 'short cut.' Atleast they had a rough idea where his sister was...atleast, thats what he hoped. Aslong as they found her, and they weren't on a wild goose chase then that was alright. She had definatly said castle, he was sure of it. The black Yiang dragon tried to get in contact with his sister once more, but he got no reply. "Thanks," he muttered underneath his breath, but just as she had guessed, it made no affect. "Are you sure you know where your going?" Ying asked, hoping to stay on the positive side of things.

| "Yes, yes, quite sure. Don't worry," stupidest phrase ever to use, but it was the only thing that came to her mind at that moment. Seeing that they still had quite a bit to run, at least it would be shorter than following the men's tracks because they could not cut through the woods with their burden as Ying and Siofra could. "Designating them as ruins is only partially true and that might have cause Yang to presume she is in a castle. The front part of the ruins are completely intact, they even have dungeons that are not threatened to break in. The back part however are completely destroyed, by what force ever it was that was raging there." It was a nice place to dwell if there was no one around but nobody stayed there for long, at least nobody that wanted to get out of there alive. The ruins marked the beginning of Tribal Battle Blood territory, and nobody ventured there just for the fun of it. Checking up on the dragon, the half-elf noticed that Ying was not too happy. Not only did he look sad but he seemed not to know what to do with himself. Somehow, she knew how he must feel. She had lost her brother for good and there was no way to get him back, but at least she knew. The uncertainty is what is killing you..

| A few minutes passed by until Ying turned a corner in the forest. Only to look over a brilliant valley, a valley filled with lush, green trees and the like. But he could only guess what was in the middle of it...and he was right. There, stood a magnificent castle. It was tall and made out of stone that looked like it could last forever. This was the starting point of the Tribal battle Blood's territory, so no wonder no-one was around...atleast, he didn't think everyone was.
Turning back to look at Siofra and her horse, he let out a faint expression as he spoke. "I understand if you don't wish to continue, for when I go to get Yang back, I don't suppose you will be safe for much longer." Ying looke back down the cliff-like hill he stould on looking voer the valley quite a way down. He just knew Yang was in there, he could sense it...

| "You really think I'd let you go in there and have all the fun on your own?" She joked. "Seriously, you couldn't take all of them on your own, even if you were back at the height of your strength, there are way to many of them and who knows what kinds of instruments and weapons they have hidden in the castle. It doesn't seem to me like this is their first stop here..," she trailed off. Indeed, it looked as if the men had been here more than once. A little curious considering that the Tribal Battle Blood was not known for his hospitality. "Look, you have the body power, I have the bow. I could try to pull them in smaller groups so we can take care of them without causing too much damage to ourselves." She knew that none of the two dragons would come out alive if Ying walked into the ruins by himself. He was too desperate, he would lose concentration as soon as he saw or heard Yang and that was not good. "Does that sound like a plan to your liking?" If they didn't survive, heck at least she didn't have to face an angry Battle Blood to get that stupid egg. And showing up empty-handed at court would result in the same anyway.

| "Yes," Ying sighed, as he began to walk down the hill towards the castle that was so far away amugnst the trees. "But thats just the basis of it...we don't even no where Yang is in the castle." He halted ffor a moment before closing his eyes again to try and communicate with Yang. There was no answer, maybe she couldn't hear him? He didn't know. Ying looked at Siofra again, "I think you may want to leave your horse out here...we will have to do the 'sneak' approach and go in unseen." He nodded towards the stallion she was riding. He didn't want to see an animal get killed because of him. That would be the worst thing.

| She was reluctant to leave Shetan behind, but agreed that Ying was probably right. She knotted the reins together and took her sword from the saddle to strap it around her waist. In case they had to do close combat, she wanted to be able to defend herself. In addition, to the sword, she also took a brown little pouch out of one of the saddle bags and fastened it to her belt as well. "Healing herbs," she explained as Ying eyed the pouch. "I'm guessing that they're holding Yang in one of the dungeons that would be the hardest place for her to escape from. They're supposed to be like a labyrinth and if you've come in unconscious, there is no way to tell which direction you have to walk in to get out again." Giving Shetan one last pat, they started to make their way towards the castle, hiding within trees and shadows as much as possible.
